Hello!!
I need a good neighbor so I need your help in finding one. I'm looking for a buyer for 511 Hopkins St- but will do lease purchase or straight rent to the RIGHT person!!!! I live next door at 505 and really am not trying to advertise this to the world because I KNOW you know good people.
The house is beautiful 1920 Bungalow- large, 4bed 2bath (or 3bed 2bth with a parlor room) about 2000sq ft. Coffered ceilings, Hardwoods, 4fireplaces, built in bookcase in the living room.
Purchase price nego- buyer will need to obtain a conventional loan or do a lease purchase for 3mths due to seasoning period if FHA.
Rent/Lease price $1000mthly!!
