WEST END ATLANTA

My husband and I are trying to identify any programs, services, etc., that could assist us in our efforts to relocate to the West End. We are home owners so we don't qualify for any first time homeowner incentives, but we're credit challenged. What we'd like to do is buy something that we can put some sweat equity into and MAKE it our dream home since we can't afford to move into our dream home. Any suggestions are appreciated no matter how far off. I'm investigating all leads.

I think the TAD beltline is geared towards any homeowner but I am not sure because my brain is fried today but you can look. www.beltline.org. Also, I think NSP program might help you to find a home but it won’t be a fixer upper. But the cost would be low. I hope I can welcome you to West End as a homeowner, but if not welcome anyway. We love to meet people who are interested in our community.
