Our dog Maya was hit by a car this afternoon.
She ran off and we haven't been able to find her.
If anyone sees her please, call me at 347-731-0357 or email me at yomaravelez@yahoo.com.

Maya is a very special part of our family and we miss her terribly.

BTw Sonic was hit twice by a car in our neighborhood...

Hey--

Maya's best (doggie) friend (Mickey) came over to see if he could help find her and of course she came out to see him.

She had several injuries, her lung is bruised and her paw is hurt but overall she's healthy. The vet said she was very tough (and lucky to be alive b/c the impact was pretty hard). She's on antibiotics and pain-killers.

Thanks to all of you who helped look for her or called to check-in and offer your help.

I love the West End!

I"m so glad!!! Give Maya a huge hug for me and keep that beautiful girl on a leash in the future!!!!!!!!! I'll give you Nikki's old leashes if you need them.
