We got email from Teague Buchanan new president of Historic Adair Park neighborhood. He is open to work with WEST END neighborhood on some issues that affect our communities and historic districts. We are happy that this great historic neighborhood is improving and their website looks great. Check this out: www.adairparkatlanta.com/

Good for our Historic Adair Park neighbors! I've often felt like Adair Park doesn't get enough love. West End and Adair Park share an LCI and the shared boarder between WE & AP is twice as long as the one shared Westview, Beecher-Donnelly, or Oakland City. And like West End, Adair Park has all the potential to be a retail destination. I think that every time I go by the Metropolitan Arts District or see all the warehouses from Lee St. Looking forward to seeing the revitalization of Adair Park.

I look forward to working with Adair Park. We have exchanged numbers. I firmly believe that the southwest Atlanta have to work together in order to make a difference.

Adair Park is getting a lot of love- a recent home sale was in the 170's.. this is what we needed to see to help us in comps *Thanks Adair Park*
