Is there a thread or a resource where you all list trusted contractors, home inspectors, repair people, etc. I am looking to buy a home in the West End, but with our limited budget I will need to buy a fixer upper and would like to not waste my funds having to redo work.

We supposed to create page "contractor resources" where you can find trusted service providers in West End. I promise this is next new thing that soon you will be able to find on atlantawestend.com website.

Great that you are looking to buy fixer upper in our neighborhood. We need more new people who are willing to fix houses and live in this part of Atlanta.
